Screening all Returns
We have found that companies often set up departments to handle their
return products which can prove to be very costly. We can take over
your returns process inspecting and sorting all items into Good for
stock return and Bad which can be either sent back under warranty,
sent for repair or disposed of.
Screening for Faulty products only
We will work with you to put in place testing of your products that
are returned faulty from customers or field engineers. Our current
records show that between 20 and 80 percent of all returns are in fact
not faulty and have been sent back in error. Based around your needs
we put in place the necessary test equipment to properly diagnose equipment
and produce statistics and reports which will enable you to reduce
unnecessary returns.
Cleaning and Repacking
When products have been found good we can clean re-bag or re-pack
to your requirements, these items can then be returned to stock or
the customer to be reused or replaced.
Minor Repairs
Easyway have also found that even when items are faulty these can
often be corrected by cleaning or by a minor repair; this can save
considerable
costs against sending products to repair centres. Again we can work
with you to identify equipment which could save you time and money
by using this service.
Storage and Distribution
We can also offer storage and distribution for all types of product
these service include same day, next day and FSL (Forward Stock Locations)
for engineer part collections. We currently work with major courior
