Screening for faulty products.

  • Our records indicate that between 20% and 80% of all returned products are in fact not faulty but sent back in error.
The cost implications and the potential downtime affecting service to the end user can be highly detrimental to your core business.
  • Easyway will work side by side with you to put in place testing of returned products from customers and field engineers.
  • Advise on the necessary testing equipment to properly diagnose & produce statistics & reports, to greatly reduce those unnecessary returns.
  • Help indicate where staff & engineers may need extra support or training by means of our comprehensive control systems.
  • Any products found 'Good' leave the Easyway warehouse having been professionally cleaned and then re-bagged or re-packed to your specific needs and requirements.
